The Adecco Group: 5 Years of Web Growth with GDD
Progressive Web Design: development of The Adecco Group's web ecosystem, addressing the needs and goals of an Inbound strategy.
After rebuilding The Adecco Group's web ecosystem in Spain, we have iteratively improved performance metrics year after year.
Increase in traffic within a year
Year after year, The Adecco Group's web ecosystem shows growth in results. Our goal is to attract high-quality traffic.
Dedicated hours by an expert team
We assembled an expert UI/UX team to develop The Adecco Group's web growth strategy in Spain on a monthly basis.
New implementations each month
Using an iterative model, we conduct experiments, implement changes, and continuously seek improvements.
Initial Analysis
The structure of The Adecco Group's solutions and companies was not fully capitalizing on the opportunities presented by the organic traffic volume generated by certain group assets.
In almost all the websites, we identified a lack of conversion flow, limited focus on results, and difficulties in quickly establishing a clear link to the hiring benefits.
Success stories, testimonials, CTAs, support or help, problem identification, etc., were some of the solutions that needed to be implemented.
The ideal structure was to leverage the main domain's traffic and reinforce the other domains.
Although link building between sites can initially benefit SEO, the existing structure did not allow for effective interlinking. This inefficiency resulted in a weakened search engine ranking and, consequently, a failure to fully utilize the high traffic volume of the main domain.
Shifting from the Traditional Model to a GDD Model
GDD: Growth Driven Design.
A web design approach that drives growth.
Our proposal involves redesigning the entire web ecosystem of the group by reorganizing the domain architecture and redesigning each site using Inbound techniques, integrating the fundamental principles of agile and continuous web development.
The Growth-Driven Design methodology combines Lean and Agile principles into a highly effective data-driven web design process.
What does the GDD Model offer?
A disruptive approach that focuses on the 20% of the website that delivers the most immediate impact, enabling a rapid launch to begin developing the site using an iterative methodology that is highly effective in terms of conversion and performance.
Advantages of the GDD Model
The GDD approach saves time and money by investing in smaller sprints throughout the year rather than in an upfront, assumption-based creation phase. The website will be gradually expanded and improved based on the continuous analysis of the impact generated and the business needs in unexpected situations.
The Result:
- Faster and smarter launches.
- Greater growth based on real data.
- Gradual return on investment.
- Higher quality traffic.
- Improved conversion rates.
