Lunet is a well-known Facility Services company with proven expertise in key sectors such as hospitality, education, and pharmaceuticals. This recognition, earned over the years, has positioned them as market leaders in the regional sector.

However, they lacked a digital structure to drive their business growth at a national level.

At Ipanema, we embarked on a project based on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and automation. By aligning with the company's growth operations, we worked towards a goal of growth and brand generation.

Additionally, Lunet did not have a data management program in place to centralize all internal operations.
